ECG 20 is a 4G ECG health smartwatch with its own SIM slot, GPS, and a 1.43-inch AMOLED display. The case is black. You choose the strap: silicone in black, blue, or red, or leather in black or brown.
4G calls without your phone
Insert a SIM card for standalone HD calls on the 4G plus Bluetooth dual-mode radio listed in the specification. Bluetooth stays available when the watch is paired with a phone. Network bands depend on the SIM you insert, so check compatibility with your carrier before you rely on wrist calling. The factory artwork on some sheets says 5G; this listing follows the specification, which states 4G + Bluetooth.
ECG on the wrist
The LH001-91 ECG chip and nano ECG glass sit behind a stainless ECG key on the case. Touch the side electrode, keep still, and review the waveform in the GaoFit app. Labels in the app are wellness information for reference only. They do not diagnose a condition.
Daily health estimates
- Heart rate and SpO2 — VC30F sensor, with a high heart-rate vibration alert.
- Temperature and respiratory rate — CT1711 temperature array, plus a breathing-rate reading.
- Sleep — light sleep, deep sleep, and awake time in the app.
- Blood pressure trend — an optical estimate, not an inflatable cuff.
- Glucose, uric acid, and blood lipids — non-invasive estimates for reference only, not a laboratory result.
- One-button mini check — several of these readings gathered from the watch.
GPS, SOS, and everyday tools
Multi-satellite GPS records a movement track. SOS calling and a fall alert are listed features: save an emergency contact, and test the call. They do not replace emergency services. The watch also includes multi-sport mode, steps, calories, distance, weather, a sedentary reminder, flashlight, remote camera, timer, stopwatch, calculator, and calendar. NFC access and Alipay offline payment work only where those services are available.
Battery, build, and straps
A 730 mAh battery is specified for about 3–5 days of use and up to 20 days on standby. Magnetic charging takes about 3–4 hours. The case uses an LDS shell with a black high-gloss back and IP65 splash resistance. IP65 is for daily splashes, not swimming. Five straps ship as the watch options. The black steel strap is a separate add-on: buy one for $29 and get a second strap free.

FAQ
Is ECG 20 a 5G watch?
No. The specification lists 4G plus Bluetooth dual-mode standby and an independent SIM for HD calls. Some factory pictures say 5G. Those pictures are not used on this page.
Does calling work on every carrier?
Only if your SIM and the watch support the same bands. Confirm with your carrier before you count on standalone calling.
Can it diagnose a heart condition?
No. ECG and the other health screens are for wellness reference. See a clinician for symptoms or treatment.
Is the blood pressure reading from a cuff?
No. It is an optical trend estimate, not an inflatable cuff measurement.
How long does the battery last?
The specification says about 3–5 days of use and up to 20 days on standby, from a 730 mAh battery. Magnetic charging takes about 3–4 hours.
Can I swim with it?
No. IP65 covers daily splashes, not swimming or showering.
Where is the steel strap?
It is not one of the five watch options. It is sold separately as a black steel strap, buy one get one free, at $29.
