About Step counting of Smartwatch

1.  What factors affect the accuracy of the device's step counting?

The accelerometers and algorithms built into the device are extremely subtle things. In general, when you get the device to connect with the APP for the first time, be sure to fill in the information accurately! Including gender, height, weight, age, blood pressure level, these slightly inaccurate may directly affect the acceleration sensor data detection, further affect the algorithm calculation, resulting in inaccurate step counting, wrong distance data, the value of calorie consumption lack of accuracy, resulting in unsatisfactory data, affecting your personal exercise data. In addition, your arm posture, stride length, the smoothness of the road surface, uphill and downhill, a small range may also affect the step count value.

2.  Why is my device not counting my steps when I have started walking?

In order to reduce the error, the device sets an initial value of 20 anti-interference steps.  When the number of real-time steps is greater than 20, it will officially start to record steps, and the number of real-time steps will change in the main interface of the APP.That is, starting from the 20th step, the data will be stored after the 30th step.
