Sports Smart Watch

Jason Wachob is the poster child for today's dynamism, but eight years ago, as the author of Wellth and founder of MindBodyGreen, a website with comprehensive health preferences, he could hardly get out of bed in the morning.

"I flew 150,000 economy class miles in one year for my first startup," Wachob says. When you're 6ft 7in tall, it's torture. "In late 2008, the former Columbia University basketball player's business went bankrupt. He saw nothing but two bulging discs in his lower back."It was unbearable pain. I couldn't even walk a block, "the New York City resident said, referring to his inflamed sciatic nerve.Chaob saw one doctor after another. Each revealed the same grim prognosis: either continued surgery or permanent disability.

Yoga prescription
"Then," Jason mentioned, "the last doctor said, 'Oh, you might want to try yoga, too. "So I started doing 15 minutes of light yoga every morning and evening. Within six months, I was fully recovered."This is a bold statement. But Wachob believes its choice is simple. "I'm a very optimistic person. So I know I'm gonna be okay no matter what. I thought, if yoga doesn't work out, I'll just have surgery and I'll be fine."
So he started yoga, with only five positions around his waist. Week after week, he began to feel better. The pain lessened gradually and then disappeared completely. "It's really important to get the right teacher and practice." Jason says he chose natural exercise over surgery. "You need to stick with it long enough to see the benefits."While Wachob found a cure through yoga, there are many options for managing pain and healing the body through movement.

4 Ways to Ease exercise Pain

There you can use BP doctor watch for recording physical data.

1.Tai chi
As a form of mobile meditation, Harvard Health calls tai "medicine in motion." Peter M. Wayne, an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, notes a growing body of evidence that tai chi can help prevent and recover from many age-related diseases.

2.Water treatment
Water exercise reduces the effects of gravity, expands your range of motion and reduces the impact on your joints. Hydrotherapy is commonly used to treat fibromyalgia and improve quality of life.

3.Loose lining
"Slacklining," a high-wire walking exercise, has become popular on college campuses over the past four years. But according to one study, it's useful for recovering injured ankles and knees. Juergen Pust Schmied, the study's lead researcher, explained to Men's Journal: "[May be] useful for athletes to improve their athletic performance, but also for advanced treatment after a ruptured ACL or a sprained ankle."

4.Pain will stop you.

So is postoperative recovery time. But, like Jason Wachob, you can eliminate both by regularly practicing natural and healing exercises. Discuss treatment plans with your doctor, decide which combination is right for you, and find the best trainer in your area.
