BP Doctor can analyze, measure and track your blood pressure, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen(SpO2), steps, pace count, time spent, calories burned, hours slept and awake time. It also comes with useful tools to improve your everyday life.

2.What is Blood Pressure? Why is it important?
"Blood Pressure" usually refers to the pressure in large arteries of the systemic circulation. It's important because the higher your blood pressure is, the higher your risk of health problems in the future.

3.How does BP Doctor work? Is it accurate?
By miniaturizing the components for traditional oscillometric measurement, BP Doctor is capable of using an inflatable cuff within the watch band to take an accurate blood pressure reading just like a regular upper-arm oscillometric machine found in a doctor's surgery.


4.Is it easy for old people to measure blood pressure?
Yes, they can hold the button on the right side, and the BP Doctor will start to measure.


5.How long is the blood pressure measurement?
The measurement time varies from 30 seconds to 60 seconds depending on individual differences.


6.Will BP Doctor display all of the metrics, or do I have to use the app on my smart device to see all of my measurement data?
The smartwatch can be read the last thirty data, for the rest you can only read on the app.


7.Should I wear it on my left or right side?
Both sides can be used to measure the blood pressure, but there might be some differences between the right and left wrists, please consult with your physician to determine which wrist you should use for the measurements.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Most orders are generally dispatched within 24 hrs (Excludes Weekend) but may up to 72hrs, sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us at info@bpdoctormed.com, and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 1 to 3 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.


Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, VAT is only for orders within the EU (European Union)..

My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?

If your product is damaged please take photos and a video then send them to info@bpdoctormed.com. We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packaging. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.


Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at info@bpdoctormed.com for an update on your tracking.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bpdoctormed.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We will not accept returns if the product is damaged or soaked, Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Freight

1. The goods have been sent out and the buyer initiates a refund during the transportation, requiring the buyer to pay for the freight of the goods sent out by the seller( the freight cost is$30) and the cost which is paid  for recalling the parcel will be also paid by buyer,(the cost is $20) 
2. After receiving the goods, the buyer initiates a refund due to his subjective intention and needs to pay for the freight of sending ( the freight cost is$30 )and returning the goods. The cost from the buyer's return to our warehouse shall be borne by the buyer and paid directly to the express company  
3. In case of refund due to quality problems, the seller will pay for the freight of sending and returning the goods. but the buyer need takes photos and video to prove it's the quality problem. The buyer needs to pay the freight for returning the goods in advance. After the seller receives the goods and confirms the product quality problem through inspection, the seller will pay the corresponding freight to the buyer. The buyer needs to choose an economical express to send the returned goods .

4. There is no handling charge for returns.
