Measurement Steps:
1.Pre-test preparation
Before taking the blood pressure measurement,the person should sit still for 15 minutes to maintain a calm mood. This way the measured value will be accurate. 
2.Use a soft ruler to measure the wrist circumferenceof the left arm (the small
bone extends upward by about 2cm)
3.Please wear the watch correctly as shown in the picture, loose or tight not too loose or too tight (The watch body is placed on the back of the hand of the wrist the airbag is naturally extended)
4.Place the palm of the hand on the chest, keeping the watch at the same height as the heart
