Everyone suffers from insomnia. It's frustrating and can negatively affect your mood and health.

If stress is causing your sleep to suffer, yoga is an extraordinary way to promote relaxation.

Gentle posture can soothe your brain and muscles before bed, helping you overcome insomnia. These are my favorite relaxation positions before bed.

By the way,BP doctor watch can record the length of your sleeping time.

1. Double dove

Double dove is an easy forward bending pose for all levels - beginners and advanced. If you're new to yoga, cross at the ankles and fold forward. This is a relaxing exercise before bed, especially if your hips and lower back are tight. Feel free to sit on the pillow to make the pose more relaxed.

2. Child posture

This is the final resting position. Childish poses help calm the mind and relieve tension in your body, especially your back. Fold your torso over your legs and extend your arms outward or along your sides. Place your forehead on the floor or on a mat and breathe in and out slowly.

3. Put your legs against the wall

This simple restorative pose is best done against a wall. This is one of my favorite ways to relax and relieve stress at night because it helps me relax and get ready for bed. Try closing your eyes and holding this position for ten minutes. It's also a good idea to use soothing eye pillows to add to the overall sense of relaxation.

4. Recovery twist of both knees

Lie on your back with your knees clasping your chest. Gently place your knee on the floor on your left side. Extend your right arm and look to the right (or close your eyes and turn your head to the right). Take a few deep breaths to relax and relieve stress. Then repeat on the other side. Gentle twists help to relieve tension throughout the spine.

5. The whole body

Use the lying down position to put your body into sleep mode, which helps release all the tension, control and stress in your mind and body. After a busy and active day, pay attention to your body. Let go, let go, let go. By focusing on the present moment, you can distance yourself from things that might cause stress or anxiety.
