Step One: Charging
Charging activation is required before the first use of the watch,using the equipped magneticsuction charging cable to attach to the metal point on the back ofthe hand table, the other end of the charging line access to the USB charging head or computer USB port.
.Step Two: Install the watch App
Scan the following QR codes or enter major application markets to download and install SmartHealth ,of course if you don't need other fuctions, even if you don't install the App, you can also use smart watch to measure blood pressure.if you want to install the app on smart phone, the device requirements: iOS 9. 0 and above; Android 4.4 and above, Bluetooth 4.0 support.
Step Three: Choose Main interface/dial.
In the main interface press and hold touch display or in the APP menu, click "theme selection" into the main interface / dial switch
Press the side button or swipe up in the main interface to enter the function page, then press the side button or swipe down to return to the main.

View the number of steps you walk, the distance you walk, and calories you c onsume at any time of the day, and update to the APP simultaneously to view your mo
